"A body continues to stay in a state of rest or of uniform motion unless compelled by an external force to change its state" - Sir Issac Newton

Everyday lives of people are changed forever when an organization in the business of transporting people ends up displacing their customers at awkward, unknown and unfriendly surroundings; worse when done with utter disregard to their safety, time, feelings or right to be wherever they choose to. These are their true stories...

Air India domestic flight

Apr 13 '02

verzillid's Full Review: Air India
I flew a few months ago on Air India to hyderabad, India. Check-in was average, not fast but not that slow. I went through security and went to the gate. The airplane was a Airbus A310 and from the outside you could tell it was rather old and well used. they began to board and I was soon on my way to the plane. when I entered the plane I was greeted by a horrible smell, and the plane was absolutely filthy. I began to get a bit nervous and the pilot informed us that the air conditioner was broken. we eventually got into the air and the meal service began, which was... very interesting to say the least. I was served a purple colored ball with some other strange Indian food selections. I tried the purple thing, but I didn`t eat the whole thing. I decided to try to sleep when I heard a horrible noise and a horrible smell, someone had walked infront of the video display and vomited on the floor. The Flight attendant came by and informed the woman that she could not clean the vomit off of the floor, as it was unsafe for the flight attendant. After all this I tried my best to sleep and I finally fell asleap. I soon awoke and we were landing in Delhi we got into the airport and needless to say I was overjoyed that the flight was over and I would soon be on a Lufthansa jet to Germany and unltimently the U.S.

overall, I would NEVER fly Air India again.

The Bottom Line: Filthy planes, bad food, alright cabin crews. overall, I would never fly them again.

Thanks -> Source
