Hi Fly Travel Sucks

Recently I had the misfortune of having to deal with one of the lousiest travel agents conducting business in America. Hi Fly Travel operating out of Woodbridge Ave, Edison, NJ seems to have earned a reputation for treating their customers poorly. Their mission statement seems to read, "screw the customer" and their affliation with Air India seems to make it much easier for them to accomplish the mission they have set out to achieve.
I have a story to share that might well be a tutorial for every business how not to treat their customers. More on this later....
